Alexandrovsky District, Tomsk Oblast

Alexandrovsky District ((ロシア語:Александровский райо́н)) is an administrative〔Law #271-OZ〕 and municipal〔Law #227-OZ〕 district (raion), one of the sixteen in Tomsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northwest of the oblast and borders with the territory of Strezhevoy Town Under Oblast Jurisdiction, with Kargasoksky District, and with Khanty–Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The area of the district is . Its administrative center is the rural locality (a ''selo'') of Alexandrovskoye.〔 Population: 8,686 (2010 Census); —the second least populated in Tomsk Oblast (after Teguldetsky District). The population of Alexandrovskoye accounts for 83.0% of the district's total population.〔
==Geography==
The Ob River splits the district in two parts and serves as the main means of transportation. The majority of the district's inhabited localities are located along the Ob.
